Juraflore Comté cheese is produced every day in a network of 32 cooperative cheese dairies located in the Jura Mountain designated area of origin. A safe, regionally-rooted and age-old production process ensures that each cheese is endowed with the best flavours throughout 100% of the production chain. The different players in the Juraflore production chain, from the Montbéliardes dairy farm to the packaging of Juraflore Comté cheese, are located strictly in the area defined by the Controlled Designation of Origin.
